Open FiveM, click on the search bar, and enter cfx.re/join/xllrkdx or simply search "Monkey Playzone" in the server browser. You must have a whitelist approval before connecting. If you try to connect without approval, you'll be queued and automatically rejected.

You need to meet FiveM's standard requirements: a licensed copy of GTA V (Steam/Rockstar Launcher), Windows 10 or later, at minimum an Intel i5 / 8GB RAM / GTX 960. For our custom assets to load without lag, we recommend a GTX 1060 or better and an SSD.

Try the following steps: 1) Clear FiveM cache (Documents/FiveM/FiveM.app/cache). 2) Verify GTA V game files in Rockstar Launcher. 3) Disable VPN if active. 4) Check our #server-status channel in Discord for any ongoing outages. If the issue persists, open a ticket in Discord.

Yes. We maintain a 99.8% uptime SLA on dedicated hardware. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance in #announcements. Downtime is typically under 30 minutes.

Go to our Discord and fill out the application form. You'll need: your Discord username, FiveM character name, FiveM ID, age, RP experience, and agreement to our rules. Applications are reviewed within 24–72 hours.

Yes, you may reapply after a 7-day waiting period. Review your rejection reason (sent via Discord DM) and address the issues in your new application. Repeated low-effort applications may result in a temporary application ban.

Typically 24–72 hours. During high traffic periods (after events or announcements) it may take up to 5 days. You'll receive a DM on Discord once a decision is made. Do not ask admins to speed up your review — it will result in automatic rejection.

Open the #ban-appeals channel in our Discord and create a ticket. Include: your in-game name, ban reason shown, and your explanation. Appeals are reviewed by the Head Admin within 72 hours. Note: permanent bans for cheating are non-appealable.

RDM (Random Death Match) means killing another player without a valid RP reason or prior engagement. Example: shooting someone you just saw without any interaction = RDM. First offence is typically 24 hours + a kill review. Repeated offences escalate to permanent ban.

Yes. Create a ticket in #support on Discord. Include: player name, date/time, description of incident, and any evidence (screenshots/video). For admin misconduct, reports go directly to the Server Owner (KongBoss) via DM — do not post publicly.

No. Monkey Playzone does not sell gameplay advantages. All purchases are cosmetic (skins, tags, character customizations) or quality-of-life perks (priority queue, extra save slots). No purchasable weapons, stats boosts, or invulnerability.

All major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and select crypto via our Tebex storefront. All transactions are processed securely — we do not store payment information.

Perks are typically applied within 30 minutes. If they haven't appeared after 2 hours: open a #store-support ticket in Discord with your transaction ID and Discord username. We'll resolve it within 24 hours.
